Virtual staging furnishes empty rooms in 17 designer styles (staged stills use 2 credits). Every account can stage one room using free signup credits; ongoing staging is a Pro Studio feature. Staged media must be disclosed as virtually staged in listings and ads — that disclosure is standard practice under MLS and REALTOR advertising rules, and staying compliant with your local rules is your responsibility.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload, and you can use the generated reels, clips, and staged images to market the associated property. We never use your photos to train AI models.

If a generation fails on our side, the credit is not consumed — or is restored. If a finished clip misses the mark, email hello@myproperty.video and we'll make it right.

Purchased credits never expire while your account is in good standing, and Pro Studio monthly credits roll over up to 60. Free signup credits expire 30 days after sign-up — plenty of time to try the product. Untouched credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — just ask.
