Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of MyProperty.Video(the “Service”), operated by MyProperty.Video(“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a brokerage or team, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

MyProperty.Video turns real estate photos you upload into short AI-generated motion video clips and assembled property reels, with optional AI virtual staging of interior photos. Outputs are generated by artificial-intelligence models and may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or details that differ from the physical property.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and payment

• Video and staging generation consume credits. One credit covers one motion clip; a staged still consumes two credits. Costs are shown before you generate.
• Credits are purchased as one-time packs or granted by a Pro Studio subscription. Monthly subscription credits roll over up to a cap of 60; annual plans grant their full year of credits upfront. Pack credits do not expire while your account is in good standing.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and member pricing ends with the plan.
• If a generation fails on our side, the associated credit is not consumed (or is restored). Credits consumed by successful generations are non-refundable. Unused, fully intact credit packs may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase — contact hello@myproperty.video.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and property information you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content — including to the third-party AI providers that power generation — solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload the content and to market the property it depicts.

Showcase license. You grant MyProperty.Video a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display reels, clips, and staged images generated on your account in our own marketing — for example on our website, ads, and social channels — with your branding and any property details they already contain. You can opt out anytime by emailing hello@myproperty.video, and we will remove existing showcased uses within 14 days. Reels you keep unpublished or private are never showcased without asking you first.

6. AI output and required disclosures

• Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the reels, clips, and staged images the Service generates for your account (“Output”) to market the associated property, including on social media, listing sites, and the MLS.
• Virtual staging must be disclosed. If you use virtually staged images or clips in a listing or advertisement, you are responsible for disclosing that they are virtually staged and for complying with MLS rules, REALTOR® advertising rules, and state and local law. Staged output depicts furnishings that do not exist in the property.
• You are responsible for reviewing Output for accuracy before publishing it. Do not publish Output that misrepresents the property’s physical condition, size, or features.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to upload content you lack rights to; to generate deceptive or unlawful marketing; to upload images of people without their consent; to probe, abuse, or resell the Service; or to interfere with its operation. We apply fair-use rate limits and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an early-access basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will not reduce credits you have already purchased.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 5, 6, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms: hello@myproperty.video.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
