Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — your email address, password (stored as a hash by our auth provider), and optional profile details like your public profile slug and custom watermark.
• Project content — the photos you upload, property details you enter (address, price, beds/baths), and the video clips and staged images generated from them.
• Delivery contacts — the email address and optional phone number you provide for reel delivery notifications.
• Lead data — if a visitor submits the contact form on your public reel page, we collect the name and contact details they enter and deliver them to you.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We store purchase records and a Stripe customer reference; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage and log data— standard server logs and generation-job records (timestamps, job status, provider request IDs) used for reliability, abuse prevention, and support. If you enable notifications, we store your browser’s push subscription.

2. How we use it

We use this data to operate the Service: generating your videos and staged images, delivering finished reels, processing payments and credits, forwarding leads to you, preventing abuse, and providing support. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

3. AI processing

To generate motion clips and staged images, your photos are transmitted to the third-party AI providers that power the Service (currently fal.ai, and depending on configuration OpenAI or Google). They process the images to produce your output and handle data according to their own terms. Generated media is stored in our private media storage and served through expiring signed URLs.

4. Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service: Supabase (database, authentication, media storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), fal.ai / OpenAI / Google (AI generation), Resend (email delivery), and Twilio (SMS delivery, when enabled).

5. Public pages

Reels you publish to a share link or your agent profile page are public, along with the property details and branding you chose to display on them. Unpublish a reel to remove the public page.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your content and records while your account is active so your library keeps working. To delete specific projects or your entire account and its data, contact hello@myproperty.video and we will complete the deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Security

Media is stored in private buckets accessed through expiring signed URLs, database access is protected by row-level security, and payment webhooks are signature-verified. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to hello@myproperty.video.

8. Your rights

You can access and update account details in the app. Depending on where you live (for example under the CCPA or GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information — email hello@myproperty.video to exercise them.

9. Cookies and advertising measurement

We use essential cookies (the session cookie that keeps you signed in) and, when we run advertising campaigns, Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which ads lead to signups and purchases. Conversion measurement may set a Google cookie on this site; in regions that require consent (such as the EEA and UK) it stays disabled by default. We do not sell personal information or use cross-site tracking beyond this ad measurement.

10. Children

The Service is for users 18 and older; we do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes and contact
